To support and manage a team of carers - to ensure quality provision of care
To work hand in hand with the manager to ensure care provision is completed on a daily basis
Team leader will manage the daily activities of the Agency
Responsibilities
Ensure rotas are in place for the care team
Provide supervision, spot checks for the care team
Support the registered manager to attend meetings and MDT meetings and representations
To act as coordinator in the absence of the Manager
Requirements
NVQ Level 3
Good writing and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good management and organisational skills
